  2. 5 g levadura seca (o 15 gr de la fresca)
  3. 50 g leche en polvo
  4. 250 ml agua tibia
  5. 50 g azúcar

  7. 1 cucharadita miel
  8. Pizca sal

  1. Primero, en un recipiente colocar la levadura, y cucharadita de azúcar (de los 50 g), y un poco del agua tibia. Y dejar actuar por unos 10 minutos.
  2. Mientras, armar una corona con la harina sobre la mesada, con la pizca de sal por el borde. Agrega en el centro el azúcar, la leche en polvo, la miel, y el aceite. Incorporar la levadura en el centro y comenzar a integrar con la mano, agregando de a poco el agua tibia.
  3. Amasar por unos 5 minutos hasta lograr un lindo bollo.
  4. Tapar y dejar levar por 30 o 40 minutos. Luego desgasificar y armar el pan (a mí me gusta armar 2 panes). Podes hacer un bollo directamente, o bien estirar la masa y enrollar como si fuera un pionono. Una vez que están armados los panes, tapar y dejar levar por otros 30 minutos en lugar tibio.
  5. Precalentar el horno, y transcurrido el tiempo de levado, hornear a unos 180 grados aproximadamente. Según el tamaño de tu pan es el tiempo que llevara la cocción. A mí me llevó unos 20/25 minutos. Estará listo cuando sientas olorcito en tu cocina y al introducir un escarbadientes salga seco. Que lo disfrutes!
