- Vamos añadiendo un poco más de harina para poder continuar trabajando la masa si lo necesitamos.
No hay que olvidar de que la masa será bastante difícil de trabajar debido a su pegajosidad. - En el mismo bol con un poco de harina en el fondo )para que la masa no se pegue) dejamos reposar hasta que doble du tamaño.
Taparemos el bol para que la humedad se mantenga.
- Dividimos la masa obtenida en 8 porciones y las boleamos (la masa seguirá siendo pegajosa) y, con ayuda de un rodillo estiramos las porciones.
Si veis que no es posible trabajar con el rodillo porque se os pega recomiendo enharinarse las manos y dividir y estirar la masa con las manos y los dedos. - Una vez estiradas las porciones enrollamos cada una de forma horizontal y desde un lado al otro.
Como la masa será viscosa se integrará por si sola y obtendremos la forma de nuestros panes.
Una a una las colocaremos sobre un papel vegetal en la bandeja de horno.
- Tapamos y dejamos reposar por segunda vez nuestras porciones.
Yo las dejé aproximadamente 1 hora. - Precalentamos el horno a 200 grados y horneamos con inducción arriba y abajo y aire durante unos 10-12 min.
Veremos que se inflarán rápidamente. - A disfrutar !!
