- Mezclamos en un bol la misma cantidad de azúcar y de sal. En una bandeja ponemos una base de esta mezcla, ponemos encima los trozos de salmón y cubrimos con más mezcla. Tiene que estar totalmente cubierto. Dejamos marinar 1 hora.
- Pasado este tiempo, pasamos.los trozos de salmón debajo del grifo y secamos bien con papel absorbente. Cortamos en daditos pequeños o láminas finas y mezclamos con el resto de ingredientes de la marinada.
- Metemos en un bol, filmamos y reservamos en la nevera mínimo 2 horas.
- Cortamos el tomate pelado y sin pepitas y salpimentamos.
