  3. Lechuga
  4. 3 huevos
  5. Para la salsa:

  7. 1/2 taza crema de leche

  9. 4 oz Queso fresco
  10. 1/2 sazón o sal y pimienta
  11. 6 cdas pasta de ají (abajo foto)
  12. 2 cdas aceite

  1. Primero aclaro que este plato se hace con leche evaporada usualmente pero también se puede sustituir. Si usas leche evaporada añades 1 taza y omite la leche y la crema.
  2. Hervir las papas con su cáscara y hervir los huevos. Mientras ve haciendo la salsa. En la foto puedes ver el ají que usé
  3. En la procesadora o la licuadora, Añades la 1/2 taza de leche con la 1/2 taza de crema y las 2 cdas de aceite. Y añades las galletitas y el queso y el 1/2 sobre de sazón (opcional sino usa sal y pimienta)y lo sigues mezclando hasta que se forme una crema.
  4. Si ves que esta demasiado apretado añades más leche si ves que queda demasiado aguado añades más galletas y guardas en la nevera
  5. Quítale la cáscara a las papas y córtalas en rebanadas. Se sirven encima de una hoja de lechuga usualmente y con aceitunas negras. Pero yo ni tenia una ni la otra, así que no me compliqué y use las verdes 😉 y 1 rebanada de huevo o 2 y no olvides poner la cremita o salsita huancaina
