  6. Con la ayuda de una tapadera le daremos la vuelta. Volvemos a poner aceite en el fondo del perol.

    Y vuelta a cocer la otra capa de pan a fuego lento.
  7. Cuando desprenda el mismo olor a hechas, cacearemos (con una espumadera haremos del pan, a base de pequeños golpecitos, trozos muy muy pequeños, a esto se llama cacearlas)
  8. Cuando se rocían con el agua, también podemos hacerlo con un poquito de vino blanco. Le dará un toque muy sabroso.
