- Este es el “frijolito” que usé

- Se hace una mezcla con la salsa china, agua y fécula de maíz, que se disuelva bien la fécula de maíz. Yo uso salsa china baja en sodio


- Yo no uso aceite líquido, así que le puse en spray y puse a dorar los camarones, ya que estuvieron listos los reserve (los puedes dejar, pero no me gusta que se cocinen de más.



- Puse un poquito de más spray y eché los pimientos y cebolla y doraré un poco (a tu gusto)


- Después agregué el frijolito y revolví bien. Después regrese los camarones que había dorado al principio


- Se agrega la salsa (salsa china, agua y fécula de maíz) y se deja de 5-10 minutos dependerá de lo crujiente que quieras. Hay que probar de sabor para ver si le falta más salsa china

- Para el arroz solo puse en una Lolita 2 tazas de agua y una taza de arroz previamente lavado y lo puse a cocer por 20 minutos. (Esperas a que hierva el agua para ponerlo en la lumbre más baja)
