- Picamos la cebolla, la zanahoria y el pimiento en cuadraditos. Echamos unas dos cucharadas de aove en la sartén y ponemos a sofreír las verduras.


- Cuando estén blanditas añadimos los garbanzos, la carne de las costillas desmenuzada y ñas rodajas de chorizo. Removemos y luego echamos el tomate triturado y las especias.


- Dejamos que se vaya haciendo a fuego suave. Cuando ya no quede el líquido del tomate, tendremos el plato listo.
