Ponemos las gambas para que se vayan haciendo. - Lavamos el champiñón y lo cortamos a láminas. Quitaremos las gambas ya doradas.
Una vez cortado el champiñón lo ponemos en la sartén hasta que se dore y le metemos un poco de perejil molido. - Mientras pelamos y cortamos el huevo a rodajas.
