  3. En una cacerola de barro (esta es opcional) pondrás un chorrito de aceite ya que este caliente agregas la cebolla y el ajo hasta que cristalice.
  4. Ya que cristalizo la cebolla y el ajo, agregas el tomate y el Chile y dejas cocinar.
  5. Una vez cocinado el tomates, cebolla, Chile y el ajo lo sacas de la cacerola y reservas.
  6. Ya que retiraste la verdura, agregas un chorrito más de aceite y pones el HUITLACOCHE y dejas cocinar hasta que saque todos sus líquidos.
  7. Esta es manera que se ve ya cocinado..
  8. Se agrega la salsita
  9. Ya que se revolvió todo agregas las hojas de epazote, sal y una pizca de pimienta molida mueves todo de manera que el epazote este entre la comida, bajas la el fuego y tapas y dejas que unos minutos que se concentren todos los sabores
  10. Así es como yo decidí dejarlo porque lo quiero usar en quesadillas, si tu quieres lo puedes dejar jugosito agregando Tantito caldo de pollo y lo sirves con un arroz y es un platillo delicioso.
