- 2 cdas - Aceite de Oliva
- 3 dientes - Ajo
- 1 ud - Cebolla
- 300 g - Salsa de Tomate

- 2 dientes - Ajo
- 1 ud - Cebolla
- 1 ud - Pimiento Verde
- 1 cdta - Sal
- 1/2 cdta - Pimienta Negra
- 1 cdta - Pimentón Dulce
- 1 cdta - Comino Molido
- 150 g - Maíz Dulce
- 100 g - Queso Emmental
- 1 ud - Aguacate
- 2 cdas - Yogur Natural
- Cebollino

- En una cazuela echamos el aceite y cuando esté caliente añadimos los ajos y la cebolla troceados. Dejamos que se cocinen a fuego medio durante unos 5 minutos.

- Añadimos la salsa de tomate, el caldo de pollo, la sal, el orégano, el comino y el pimentón picante. Mezclamos todo bien y dejamos que se haga a fuego medio hasta que la salsa espese. La reservamos.

Cocinamos unos 5 minutos. más. - Rellenamos las tortillas, las enrollamos y vamos poniéndolas en una bandeja de horno. Echamos por encima la salsa roja y el queso rallado, horneamos 20 min. A 200°C.
