  2. Aove
  3. 1 pastilla caldo de pescado (caldo de bogavante también vale)
  4. 1 diente ajo
  5. 1 cebolla y media
  6. 8 gambones
  7. 1 puñado guisantes (la cantidad va al gusto; yo prefiero pocos)
  8. 1 tomate
  9. Agua
  10. 1 filete pequeño de merluza (yo uso la congelada)
  11. 1 ramillete cebollino

Instructions to make to make Arroz con gambones

  1. Pelamos los gambones y reservamos. Las cabezas de los mismos las ponemos a hervir con 1 zanahoria sin pelar y cortada longitudinalmente, 1/2 cebolla y la pastilla de caldo de pescado durante 20 minutos a fuego medio.
  2. Cortamos el resto de la cebolla y el tomate (muy fino) y sofreímos en una sartén con el aove (que olor más rico que va dejando) a fuego medio bajo.
  3. Mientras, colamos el caldo que hicimos anteriormente y reservamos. Preparamos el 1/2 vaso de arroz y añadimos al sofrito hay que nacararlo bien (remover y que se mezcle) y subir el fuego a medio alto.
  4. Incluimos el caldo que habíamos reservado y seguimos removiendo todo para que agarre el sabor. Lo cocinamos a fuego medio alto durante 20 minutos (depende del tipo de arroz). Hay que ir vigilándolo e ir añadiendo agua según lo necesite.
  5. Cuando queden cinco minutos para que se acabe de hacer el arroz (más o menos, no vamos a ser exactos 😂) añadimos los guisantes, la carne (lo rico) de los gambones y el pequeño filete de merluza (previamente troceado)
  6. Picamos muy fino el cebollino y lo incluimos lo último, una vez ya apagado el fuego. Tapamos con un trapo (limpio ehhh 😆) y lo retiramos cinco minutos. Quitamos el trapo y listo para servir y comer !!!! 🍽
