  4. Saltear los tomates y cuando empiecen a hervir, agregar el caldo y revolver bien.
  5. Luego, cuando estén los tomates blandos, agregar la cebolla y el pimientos, revolver y seguir con la cocción.
  6. Mientras se sigue cocinando, agregar el comino y la paprika.
  7. Incorporar bien, para luego salpimentar a gusto
  8. Dejar enfriar
  9. Este paso es opcional: se puede dar punto nuevamente para asentar los sabores.
  10. Poner en una fuente que pueda ir al horno o en pailas, porciones de la mezcla / salsa
  11. Luego, poner un huevo sobre cada porción. Y si están en una fuente, un huevo por cada comensal
  12. Llevar al horno a fuego medio hasta que el huevo se cocine por completo
  13. Servir con rodajas de pan, naan o pitas. Y espolvorear con perejil picado (opcional)
