  4. Para esterilizar los frascos pon una olla con agua hirviendo y mete los frascos envueltos en una tela limpia. Después de unos minutos los retiras y los dejas descansar boca abajo en una tela limpia y seca. Una forma más rápida y fácil de esterilizarlos es con ayuda del microondas, pon una taza con agua y en esa agua mete la tapa en remojo unos minutos. Pon un poco de agua en el frasco y ponlo en el microondas unos minutos. Deja la tapa y el frasco boca abajo sobre una tela limpia.
