- Por otro lado asamos la canela y la pepitoria y el ajonjolí...
- Una vez que este listo los chiles y los demás ingredientes molemos.. en la licuadora.. y lo freímos en un recipiente aparte..
- Ahora molemos lo que teníamos en el otro recipiente con el caldo de pollo siempre vamos a usar el caldo de pollo y agregamos a nuestra salsa..
- Al final agregamos el pollo a la salsa y esperamos que hierva unos minutos y empezamos con la maseca.. agregamos agua a la maseca y esta la agregamos al guisado que tenemos colándolo y lo movemos hasta que suelte el primer hervor y apagamos.... lo pueden acompañar con arroz o tortilla..y listo enjoy...💁
