- Hay que lavar el pollo y quitar la piel. Yo compro pollo entero entonces yo me encargo de separar las piezas
- Se lavan los jitomates y se ponen a hervir junto con los chiles guajillos por 15 minutos
- Lavamos las papas las pelamos y las cortamos en cuadros no tan pequeños
- Las ponemos en un recipiente con agua para que no se oxiden
- Quitamos del fuego los jitomates y los colocamos en la licuadora junto con la cebolla y el ajo, lo molemos todo hasta que quede una consistencia de salsa
- En una cacerola colocamos las piezas de pollo y comenzamos a vaciar lo que licuamos, pero al mismo tiempo vamos a colar todo.
- Se pone a flama media, colocamos las papas y tapamos por 10 minutos.
- Agregamos nuestro sazonador de caldo de pollo junto con unas ramitas de cilantro y volvemos a tapar. Dejando a flama baja por 15 minutos más

- Para el arroz*
- Ponemos en la licuadora los dos jitomates junto con la cebolla y molemos.
- En una cazuela antiadherente ponemos aceite 1/2 taza a flama media
- Lavamos el arroz muy bien y lo cocemos al aceite y comenzamos a freír hasta que tome una coloración un poco cafecita no mucho
- Quitamos el exceso de aceite y colocamos nuevamente la cazuela en la estufa
- Vaciamos lo que molimos y tapamos
- Después de 5 minutos verificamos que no esté seco el arroz para que no se queme y agregamos nuestro sazonador de caldo de pollo junto con nuestras ramitas de cilantro
- A partir de ahora estaremos verificando que no quede seco si no se quemara e iremos tocando el arroz. La flama debe ser baja
- Tarda alrededor de unos 20 minutos y listo :)
