  7. En un recipiente engrasar con aceité de olivo, colocar la masa y dejar que doble su tamaño. Una vez fermentado ponchar la masa.
  8. Ahora deberá estirar la masa con un grosor aproximadamente de 1.5 cm y cortar en rectángulos, en una charola con papel encerado colocarlos y barnizar con un poco de aceite de oliva
  9. Colocar los cuadritos de zanahoria y dejarlo fermentar en un lugar cálido a que doble su tamaño
  10. Ya listo, llevarlo al horno a 180°C por 20 min
  11. Y listo podemos comerlo como emparedado o acompañarlo en una deliciosa comida.
